As the Agency of Record for St. Thomas Holding Inc. (STHI), ON provided the company with full branding, marketing, PR, media relations, advertising and web expertise. When STHI undertook an aggressive expansion strategy that culminated in the organization owning six for-profit companies in the energy sector, it looked to ON for a new brand and a strategic plan to launch it in the marketplace and with employees.
ON began with a brand audit that included all stakeholders to determine the direction for the new company. The next step was a competitive analysis including customer segmentation, product differentiation and a review of market assumptions. This led to a proposed brand architecture and the new name Ascent. A complete and itemized roll-out plan for the rebrand followed. We produced collateral, ranging from marketing materials to truck decals to building signage as well as a new website, new corporate video and a series of launch events.
The company was thrilled with the process ON took and results achieved.
