BASF Knowledge Harvest
Starting in 2014, ON has helped BASF AgSolutions create and host an annual educational event series called "Knowledge Harvest". The events are designed to share new ideas and perspectives with BASF growers & retailers.

The events have hosted over 4,000 growers and retailers from both Western and Eastern Canada. In 2017 the Western Canada events hosted 883 attendees at 4 locations in three provinces.
Immersive room set-ups included video presentations, sound and lighting effects as well as live demonstrations.

We know farmers tweet. So we created event hashtags and interacted with the attendees through social media. The results generated buzz for the next location as well as providing lift in overall awareness.

Pre-planned public relations and media engagement generated both national and local interest in the events. It also provided an opportunity for BASF to reinforce seasonal and strategic messaging through the media.
